EOP Spring Info Session: March 16th 10:00-1:00

We want to see you at the EOP Spring Info Session on Saturday March 16th from 10:00am-1:00pm. This event helps high school juniors, college transfers, and their guests to gain a better understanding of the benefits associated with the Educational Opportunity Program at FIT and how to determine eligibility to participate. During the event you will hear from EOP Director Taur Orange about the structure of the program and how to take the next step in the qualification process. If you have never visited FIT before, we encourage you to take the campus tour. An academic overview of the various majors and the application process will be provided as well. Please note, EOP participation at FIT is limited to New York State residents who meet the academic and financial requirements established by the college and the state. A students first semester of enrollment at the college must be on a full-time basis. Transfer students are eligible for EOP at FIT if they participated in EOP, HEOP, College Discovery or SEEK programs at their prior New York State college/university, or a similar program at an out-of-state college/university. A student may also be eligible for EOP even if his or her previous college did not have an opportunity program. This midtown location, the center of the fashion industries, is easily reached by every subway, major railroad line, and bus route in the city.
